Trying to add a image from media library, it updates the post thumbnail

Hi,

since one of the latest updates from WordPress, it's only working, if I upload an image from the computer and add it. The custom button from WpAlchemist is not set in the [media library] tab of thickbox.

There is no more a button, but a link with onclick="WPSetAsThumbnail("8690", "f037116157");return false;". That's the reason why it is not working anymore.

Is there a small fix I can do on my own?
