When I add splitChunks, I am stuck in Starting the development server...

I use @craco/craco add configure, as follows

  webpackConfig.optimization.splitChunks = {
    cacheGroups: {
      common: {
        name: 'chunk-common',
        chunks: 'all',
        test: /(react|react-dom|react-dom-router)/,
        priority: -10,
      },
    },

After I execute npm run start, the console is stuck in starting the development server...
but it's normal to execute npm run build, and the result is the same as expected.

I don't know if this is my problem or CRA problem.
I hope someone can help me. Thank you!
