Is there a way to install create-react-app in rhel 7(linux server) using the package

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to set-up a system environment for a web application. I have installed node and npm in my RHEL 7 server(no internet). When I try to install create-react-app, I am getting a timeout error as there is no internet access to get the file from registry. Is there any package available for create-react-app that we can download as a tar file and use it to install instead of using npm install -g create-react-app.
