[Feature Request]Force transparent proxy to application #437

This could be implemented as an external plugin, rather than in the codebase. |
Note: allow to place a mark on new connections made by apps, so we can use other fw rules to handle them. |

This would improve average users' anonymity (from countries like Russia, China, Iran). I think many people just set a socks proxy and the traffic including DNS often leaks. Setting proxies by env vars always has been a joke |

Linux's default proxy setting is weak that application can ignore this setting.This feature can useful to force proxy to application for filter packet by tool like privoxy or configure which application/domain route proxy.
