Hi,

Any chance using for releases (for the Python code part) PyInstaller https://pyinstaller.org ?

GitHub seems to already have "actions" for this too:

https://github.com/marketplace/actions/pyinstaller-linux

This would greatly simplify installation, since it would reduce dependency requirements on the target system.
