This is a living document, so we expect the version of the paper in this GitHub repo will change fairly frequently. How frequently should we change the corresponding arXiv submission? (e.g. updating it per-commit seems excessive)
One proposal: have a regular schedule where we update the arXiv submission on the 1st day of every month (or some other time period), if there were substantial changes made in the past month (or whatever time period).

I don't know how to get stats on this, but I have a feeling that a large number of people reference the arXiv version of this manuscript. Does anyone have thoughts on how frequently we should update it?
I feel once a month or two should suffice, but it is likely especially important in the months prior to major conferences (so Fall/Winter, when other authors are likely to be writing papers).
