op-kurtosis workflow needs to be updated to use branch not fetch published image!

not blocking for inclusion of withdrawals root in isthmus devnet, but still a tool we need on optimism branch for early independent testing instead of "it works locally". at best we can specify an op-node/op-geth branch/commit to run against a specified branch in this repo.
