Migrate L2Beat data pre-API update - I believe this goes farther back in history?

Data lives in:

  • oplabs-tools-data.api_table_uploads.daily_l2beat_aoc_by_token
  • oplabs-tools-data.api_table_uploads.daily_l2beat_l2_activity
