Research Spike: Eliza Framework Superchain Plugin

The Eliza framework is a rapidly growing open source tool for building AI agents with a huge ecosystem. Several Layer 2 plugins already exist, and a Superchain plugin that gives an AI agent capabilities to transact on the Superchain could be really powerful.

Definition of Done:

• Knowledge sharing and writeup of findings
• Prototype Eliza plugin if appropriate
