Brief Description of the Docs Request

We need a best practices guide for node configurations to better educate node and chain ops

Description of the Documentation You'd Like

We don't have any best practices guides in the docs set yet, so this will also serve as a starter/template for other such guides. Node operators need this. I'd imagine that chain operators would be next 💟
