Description

This tutorial was pinned to a very out of date commit in the monorepo and doesn't have the latest updates. tell users to use the latest release.

Acceptance criteria

  • There are instruction on how to find the latest release
  • There are clear guidance that we always recommend using the latest release

  1. Add information about how to find the latest releases
  2. Give instructions on how to checkout out those releases and build the binaries or use docker
