Bug in system/io test, executable_opts are set in the wrong order #41

The executable_opts are set in the wrong order, the correct code should be

def prepare_run(self):
...
self.executable_opts += [...

class IorWriteCheck(IorCheck):
    executable_opts = ['-w', '-k']

class IorReadCheck(IorCheck):
    executable_opts = ['-r']

And -B option to ior doesn't exist in newer (3.3.0 at least) versions
