看看服务端日志，是不是没有连上etcd

看etcd-manage的access.log日志是报连接etcd服务器错误

这个mysql里的etcd服务配置信息看一下是不是对，看样子是里边信息不对，可以看看web ui上etcd服务配置是不是对（数据来自mysql）

没有设置账号密码的。不知道怎么什么都没改动就可以，现在的问题是集群信息那里显示unhealth
