Describe the bug
Several 'tos' files are bad/empty or show error for historical, rcp26 and rcp85 simulation with wget or HTTP download

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Ubuntu

Browser and Version: Google Chrome Version 129.0.6668.90
