Describe the bug

Intermittent issue where sometimes the save collection dialog doesn't respond from clicking the save button. Then you have to refresh the page and try again for it to work.

To Reproduce

Attempt to save a collection after performing a collection search in the manage collections dialog.
Sometimes it will not work.

Expected behavior

Works consistently.
