Proposal to separate closed facilities from other facilities

I have about 27 facilities which were closed due to some reasons , supposing we move these facilities somewhere and called them inactive ( separate from active facilities) so that at a click of a button am able to get current facilities without laboring to remove duplicates and closed facilities
