In the cadquery expression we have to tell cadquery not to check if nlopt or casadi are installed.

ocp.nix/pkgs/python/cadquery/default.nix

Lines 39 to 42 in 375d82d

pythonRemoveDeps = [
"nlopt"
"casadi"
];

I don't know why nix cannot detect that they're installed.
