Only show banner errors for relevant installations

Describe the bug
Currently you can get reports about failed missions even though you are looking at a different installation to the one the missions failed on.

To Reproduce
Run the code locally using the in-memory database, then select an installation other than Huldra.

Expected behavior
Errors should be tied to installations
