Translation files are currently a mess. I think we should

split the files to make searching easier. But first we have to find a reasonable and intuitive logic for grouping related texts;
fit to the standard Rails organization for model attributes, placeholders, errors etc;
off-course complete all the missing translation on all languages;
possibly investigate if it is worth using a translation service for an easier organization of the work.
