Allow users to choose the interface language via settings.

  • Enforce editing and display only in the forced language if the user selects it.
  • Load language-specific content values from the database after selection.
  • Implement conditional visibility logic for multilingual fields (e.g., using CSS classes like lang_fr_on/off).
  • Propose improved UX (e.g., tags with close icons for better clarity).
