Current deployment does not have enough memory to build bigger programs

With the deployment on AWS which has 1gb ram, things seem to stall when building non-trivial programs such as the faucet program.

I will try adding a swapfile and see if this improves things.

Also when starting it we see this error from sled:
[2024-11-07T08:25:28Z ERROR sled::config] cache capacity is limited to the cgroup memory limit: 958599168 bytes
