Currently even though Qt.OpenHandCursor is available it isn't mapped the to the 'hand' pointer value. It likely isn't the only one that is currently missing but could be available.

The pointer_names list in enable.toolkit_constants is based on the Wx StockCursor enum. So I'm not really sure how we want to proceed here. Qt's predefined cursors are a bit different from those in Wx.
