The test text_clip https://github.com/enthought/enable/pull/160/files#diff-cf8572be4620fb9ce6c9fc211d959bd0R31 results in an empty image. It looks that trying to clip the region where text is drawn results in not drawing the text.

We have been seeing intermittent successes on the tests for this. If we see this again, we should note this here and possibly fix tests.
