i have telegram account but after sign in i got an error : PHONE_NUMBER_UNOCCUPIED
what's wrong ?

that means that the phone number is not yet registered, try to signing up fist

yaah, i saw in telegram what is that error means, but problem is my phone number is registered with mobile app,so i don't see why it is throwing that error. please help if you know the answer.
