Visualize Maven Dependencies as Network Graph

Based on today progress on (parent) #726,

some time in the coming weeks, when I have more time again (I won't in the next ~1-2 weeks),

as one of the next steps I'll tie that together with https://docs.enola.dev/demo/... (there is still a few pieces missing).

I'll use it myself to dogfood and show Enola's own external Maven dependencies on https://docs.enola.dev/dev/dependencies/.

This will eventually let any Enola.dev users visualize Maven Dependencies as Network Graphs.

FYI, me doing an early demo of MING, that was "listening" in Maven builds and collected graphs ("universe" was remote reposes, "current set" was the project + deps, etc) [project was scrapped]
