we currently list profile versions as in /draft

"url" : "/observatory-profile/draft",

which is odd since we seem to have actual releases and are using those in the actual rocrates?
(observatory profile 0.22 ?)

seems a bit inconsistent?

but also kind of fights with the "cataloging" function of this metadata-file -- so not entirely sure what this second reference is used and needed for (semantics?)

also, I keep struggling with the implicit connotation of /draft -- agree it makes sense when pointing to a live / work-in-progress / current state in git repo

but it clashes with having actual releases - maybe we should (separately since other semantics) also foresee a '/latest to point to whatever the latest release is at any given point
