What's the difference between rp-pac by embassy-rs and rp240-pac by rp-rs?

this one supports rp2040+rp235x, rp2040-pac is rp2040 only.
this one is generated by chiptool, rp2040-pac is generated by svd2rust. This makes them have a bit different API, check chiptool readme for details https://github.com/embassy-rs/chiptool/
