Make paths in stacktrace clickable

Syntax highlighted and clickable stack traces are high on my wish list. But right now I don't see a way to implement this. I wanted to add this in a RichTextEditor control but that doesn't support data binding through the MVVM approach that XAML-based views in Visual Studio need to implement. I'm open to suggestions if you have any ideas to implement this?
