Once locked, screen stays black and cannot be unlocked on Juno #323

The screen stays black when trying to click or press keys on the login-screen.
It doesn't show the greeter to enter password.
But if I try to enter the password and press Enter, it unlocks. But all this has to be done on the black screen (with no cursor, no visual graphic).

None of the answers on stackexchange elementary site fixes it and most of them are for Loki but still they don't fix the issue.

Using Intel from prime-select intel.

Have Nvidia-430 driver installed.

OS Juno (Linux Pavilion 5.0.0-25-generic #26~18.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Thu Aug 1 13:51:02 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux)
