Got this error doing pnpm build:all on M2 Silicon

@spindizzyio thank you for the report! We are tidying up the build process and the arm variant got neglected. Currently it is only possible to build pglite on linux/amd64. Sorry for this! We will fix it soon.

@spindizzyio we've update the build and tested it on multiple arm64 systems, including an M1. Will close this now, but please have a look and let us know if you're still having issues.
