Hotfix - Alignment of Ensembles

A bug preventing proper alignment of ConformationalEnsemble objects has been identified and fixed, and appropriate tests added.

Fixing Static File Issues

Previously, cctk/data and cctk/groups were not included in the package, making it break upon import.

This has (hopefully) been remedied!

Beginning Beta Testing

This release represents the end of months of personal development and use of cctk, and the beginning of informal beta testing; as such, overall features should be roughly working but there will still be many bugs to iron out!
