There is "releases" dir in repo which is out-of-date but annoyingand confusing. Is it necessary?

Директория "releases" в корне репозитория явно устарела, но вводит в заблуждение. Может, её того?

Что касается релизов, нет, это не нужно. Если вы раздражены, я раздражен.
Давайте удалить его. Я принимаю ваш запрос тянуть, или я буду обрабатывать
его в следующий раз, когда я обновить код.

As for the releases, no, it's not necessary. If you're annoyed, I'm
annoyed. Let's remove it. I'll accept your pull request, or I'll handle it
the next time I update the code.
