FDP oversight and admin rights contact point

I would like to suggest that we consider organizing and structuring our infrastructure and security layers more transparently. It would be immensely helpful if we establish a comprehensive overview of all FDPs and FDP indexes, including their respective due dates. This would greatly assist in understanding when each is scheduled for termination.

Additionally, it would be beneficial to designate a single point of contact for discussions related to servers and administrative rights. This would streamline our communication and ensure more efficient management of these resources.
