Any plan to migrate this plugin to Emmet 2.0.0 or version 1.6.3 will be the last?

What is the difference between 1.6.3 and 2.0.0?

Honestly, I don't know, except for the modularity (I don't see any new documentation for this new version). Well, but the old version is no longer developed and it would be good to switch to something current (at least sometime).
