Shall we separate Authored navigation points from User generated navigation points? #2725

The navigation panel mixes Authored navigation points (TOC, Landmark, Go to page) and user generated navigation points (Search, Bookmarks, Annotations).

For clarity, I think we should separate both with a

tag.

Note that it also implies to change the order of elements so Go To Page comes before Search, not after.
