Currently we scrape and ingest the CSVs in the "SDWA_downloads.zip" file here

Those haven't been updated in a couple years, meaning the latest SDWA data we have is from Fiscal Year 2021.

EPA now updates something called "SDWA_latest_downloads.zip"

I believe there are some significant differences between the two in terms of table names and/or field names, meaning we can just point the database scraper to a different link...
