Using python script to connect to kanto with kafka as messaging infra

Hi , i have deployed the hono framework with kafka as messaging infra in my cluster, i have installed kanto to my edge device, i want to know if i can rollout the containers to kanto-cm using kafka as messaging infra ( The default provided in pythonscripts is for amqp ), is there some implementation methods of this using kafka to send command to kanto to deploy container in edge ?
