What's wrong?

There appears to be no valid use case for scope id aliases:

https://eclipse-dataspace-dcp.github.io/decentralized-claims-protocol/v1.0-RC1/#the-org-eclipse-dspace-dcp-vc-id-alias

Proposal is to remove them.
