  • We will need to create new checklists for MICROBE to take into account WP4 metadata requirements and to automate the collection of metadata.
  • We would like to use the new checklist editor to create these
  • Issue will be sequence data submitted to ENA needs an ERC (ENA) checklist as this is a requirement for sequence submission.
    See Harmonise MICROBE soil metadata #5 and Confirm metadata call date with Conny #18
