subito.it: new cosmetic rule

@Khrin following Issue#45 I see another cosmetic rule to add:

subito.it##div[class^="banner-module_sticky-banner_"]

It will remove the annoying red bar on the top of each listing (e.g. https://www.subito.it/giardino-fai-da-te/docking-station-dock-universale-dell-d6000-milano-583432040.htm)

It's used for self-promotion, and won't be blocked in EasyList Italy.
