Hi,

Thanks for great tool.

We are openEuler community, and we were trying to package retry2 as a rpm in openEuler.

But we need the sdist type of release so that is will be automatic packed by our tool, could you please upload the sdist in 0.9.5 and future releases :)

I was trying to make a conda-forge package for retry2 and ran into the same issue with missing source distributions.
