We start with the new features and updates that were added in this release.
Dialog
In this release we added a new dialog component! We are very excited to announce this one, with it being one of our most asked for components! Enjoy!
Big shout out to Mr @DylanPiercey for some sterling work here.
Breaking Changes
Here are the things that we (intentionally) broke. If you see anything broken that isn't on this list, please create an issue.
Menu
The menu was refactored slightly in order to accommodate changes in eBay Skin (issue #147) that made "growth" the default behaviour for menu (i.e. the menu text will no longer be constrained to the width of the button by default - which resulted in some unsightly truncation).
This time the shout out goes to @yomed and @seangates for their collaboration on the CoreUI and Skin pieces respectively.

Deprecations
Nothing was deprecated in this release.
What's next?
We expect 0.4.0 to have carousel and pagination. Maybe icon too. After those, it will be checkbox and radio. My crystal ball is a little murky after that, but it looks like some kind of box... with text in it....a textbox maybe?
