Upgrade to govuk frontend v5 #51

v4 if govuk frontend has been available since December 2021.

To ensure forward compatibility, we should upgrade (latest version currently 4.0.1). Details of how to upgrade are in the frontend changelog.

GOV.UK Frontend is now on version 4.7. Are there any plans to update to a newer version of GOV.UK Frontend?

This is partly resolved by #126 but there's quite a bit of work to do to tidy up the theme to make it compliant with the updates in the design system.
