Auto-select the next likely action

Currently people have to select the name field (screens 1 & 4) and pin totals (screen 5). Since these always have to be filled in, they might as well be pre-selected.

Additionally, the tab order should reflect the most common order of actions and the return key could be coupled to proceeding to the next field or next button as well.

This would be nice to have, but I'm not sure if this application is used enough to justify the effort it takes to finetune the UX experience to the extent you're describing.
