Steps to reproduce this bug

Open at least two tabs
On one of them, click and hold cmd + shift and hit a cursor arrow left / right
Nothing happens

Expected behavior

In step 3, the focused tab should switch by one to the left / right on the tab bar, depending on which arrow was pressed (like in Firefox / Safari).
