Just added the NuGet package to my project just as explained. The StrongNamer library creates a new directory (..obj/debug/SignedAssemblies) on the build process where the unsigned libraries are moved to.
These libs seems to have a publickey. But if i start my programm, i still get the error that the library cannot be loaded
