Remove deprecated Fixers replaced by control_structure_continuation_position of Core PHP CS Fixer #19

If anybody willing to help going further for the good sake of the project, we must remove the 2 Fixers we mark as deprecated.

Those fixers must be replaced by https://cs.symfony.com/doc/rules/control_structure/control_structure_continuation_position.html
