Inactive coordinator still sees destination

To reproduce:

1. Log in with admin and set your account role as a moderator, and add yourself as a coordinator.
2. Log into the account in another window, and see that the destination shows up under My destination
3. As admin set end date for the coordinator to today
4. See that it still shows up for the coordinator under My destinations

The reason is probably that the view does not filter on the end date of the coordinator. Needs to do so in the request, or by a simple filter in the table.
