It would be interesting to allow PiCli to bootstrap a project with piedpiper.
I'm thinking it could go something like this:
picli bootstrap --project-name my-new-project --language python
PiCli would then lay down the piedpiper.d/ directory with some sensible defaults for python. The versions would be pegged with whatever PiCli is versioned to.
