In the Data Elements and FHIR Mappings page of the IG, you list the Diagnosis and Procedure resources as the FHIR resource used by Table 6A. Table 6A includes several immunizations that are better represented by the Immunization resource. We request that you also look at Immunizations given when calculating whether a patient meets Table 6A lines (for example, line 24: selected immunizations).

Background:
The UDS manual lists mostly CPT codes for immunizations on Table 6A, however we have heard feedback from our customers that they may not always document the procedure of giving the immunization and drop the specific CPT code for that (especially if it's a simple and easy immunization they can give in-clinic). Instead they may just document that the patient has a specific immunization on the encounter, which is instead mapped to the CVX code. Currently, in Epic we will count that for Table 6A, assuming it meets all of the other 6A requirements, even if it doesn't necessarily use one of the CPT codes suggested in the manual.
We want to make sure our customers can continue to meet Table 6A, without requiring them to add extra documentation.
Consider looking to Immunization resources for Table 6A. Also, consider listing CVX codes in the UDS manual for Table 6A. If UDS+ is going to require FHIR resources which require codes, the UDS manual will need to start specifying as many relevant codes as possible to ensure we cover all of the ways to capture this data.
